i just completed my polly for LASD and i hope this doesnt slow down the process even more.

sucks to see deputies abusing their power and getting hired with bad backgrounds when younger and from the picture in better shape people want this as their dream job. kind of frustrating to see these turds get picked up but so many new applicants are slowed down

or hopefully they need to fill those spots and hire people quickly

The process is slow regardless...Just keep your head down and keep moving forward. This department has a lot to offer and there are many academies scheduled.

Same here; I vote to have this thread closed. A lot of good deputies, both present and former, that have their reputations tarnished by the small percentage.

I'm not a LEO and I don't think the OP is, but it seems it's not the first negative thread he's started in the LEO forum. Makes one question the OP's intent.
