Absolutely right though.Comment

If you are going through all the trouble to photoshop patches/badges/nameplates, why not hire real models that know what they are doing? The Internet; where men are men, women are men, and kids are FBI agents.Comment

Will this be a clothing optional photo shoot?Comment

It is cheaper to photoshop than to hire real models.
Edit:
Also, we are looking for models who know what they are doing... being a real cop.Last edited by Prenub; 08-29-2013, 12:52 PM.Rifles for Sale!

If you're planning on using official emblems/logos/vehicles/etc, I'm thinking you're probably going to have to get official departmental approval. If not, or if you're going to mask out sensitive parts of images, why would you Need "real" LEOs? Just curious...Comment

Thanks for that advice. I ll look into the department approval.
The reason why we want to use active officer is because hiring a model and providing all the equipment (radio, holster, handgun, handcuff, patch embroidery, belt, etc..) cost us too much time and too much money. Also, we need real props such as police cars, motorcycles, etc in our images. Basically we need this to look real. We are looking into a modeling agency but I thought I would throw this up here to see if anyone is interested.Rifles for Sale!

So you want an off duty to bring his dept. PV and his full uniform to pose for free. Dude thats asking alot and no dept. is going to sign off on that and if someone does it they will most likely get fired.Hi cap=standard capacity!!! 10rnd=reduced capacity!!!

FYI, many agencies, especially LASD, have registered badges and patches as intellectual properties. LASD will quickly slap a cease and desist order on you. Any deputy using a county vehicle or department uniform or badge will get disciplined.LASD Retired
