It is like that with most large agencies right now. Dont be discouraged. As soon as the money is back again, they will start hiring folks....probabbly in June or July, unless they get grant money to do it sooner.

The agency has no regard for it's employees, and will not give any respect or dignity to you.

I understand it is frustrating but i don't think this was the best way to voice your frustration. You never know, a BI could be lurking around and put two and two together. Be smart, be calm, and carry on. It's frustrating and difficult but so is a career in LE.

No, I wasn't guaranteed a job when I appied.

But when I signed a conditional offer of employment, then met those conditions, the Department did not honor it's commitment.
