I distributed the info to a ton of LEOs on here a few weeks ago. The program had a great run for the month that they had it in effect, then the info was leaked and Magpul is bearing the brunt of hatred that I predicted. Go check out TOS to see all the haters hatin on them. Sad.....

It wasn't really a price hookup, they just pushed mil and LEO orders to the front of the line, generally shipping within 3 days or so.

I got mine in at 1110 am this morning and they sent a order confirmation. If it does not go through then I will resubmit with my .mil address. Would like to have them before I deploy.

Yeah basically overnight they went from Are these the guys that we want to punish? Lumping all individual officers together and wanting to punish them all is no different than politicians who want to punish responsible Citizens for the behavior of criminals. Would a check box on the LE/MIL order form affirming 2A support for all Citizens make a difference? How many out there click on “I Accept” for terms and agreements before an iOS update without reading or caring what they are? Would anyone NOT click such a box?

Because of this, we won’t bend from our principles, and if anyone decides they need to not buy our products based on this stance, then we are fine with you not bending on yours.

The same policy has been in place for 13 years now and has never been an issue until a few days ago. I do not support the idea that individual police officers should be punished for the actions of their elected officials. That said, I understand the concerns that some have with Law Enforcement officers getting special treatment while at the same time denouncing second amendment rights to another citizen in the same state.

With the fight in Colorado right now we do not have time to implement a new program, so I have suspended all LE sales to ban states until we can implement a system wherein any Law Enforcement Officer buying for duty use will have to promise to uphold their oath to the US Constitution – specifically the second and fourteenth amendments – as it applies to all citizens.

Probably with a check box on the order form!

I placed an order on 3-1-13 and received my ten mags yesterday. I submitted my Id and had to have the order shipped direct to my department. I must of just missed the cutoff before the policy change.
