With proper LEO Credentials you may create a magpul account and apply for a one time purchase of up to 10 pmags direct from magpul. Your account must be approved. Google search magpul mil/leo discount.

I think the 10 of each changed at one point. I was only able to get a total of 10 mags, no matter the combination.

And the box is sitting on my couch right now. Haven't gotten around to opening it yet.

I have seen no difference in the performance or durability of Pmag or GI style. Not sure what all the hype is about PMags. I prolly have 15 or so but I bought them cuz it was the "latest and greatest."

GI is in the gun and PMags are in the doors and bail out bag. With over 10k rounds through several of my issued rifles, to include burst firing, I truly have no preference one over the other when it comes down to it.

I'm not heartbroken over Magpuls choices in business. But they have just alienated a huge market section of business. In a nutshell, Magpul told the LE community to go F-off, don't use our sheiate anymore.

I just bought some CAA and Midwest parts and avoided Magpul on purpose....Kinda like eating at Denny's. I won't go in anymore either on or off duty. they have their beliefs, I have mine.

Just read it myself on the Magpul website under propaganda-news. The CEO just drew a line in the sand, pointing at LEO's in ban states like CA.

Hmm... i wonder if I'll be getting mine. I ordered on 3/1 and got a confirmation email of "ordering" on 3/2... stated it could take up to 10 days to process...

Interesting... There are only a few states that have mag limit bans and the "LE Market" Is dramatically smaller than the non LE market.

With ~ 270 Million guns owned by civilians vs 1.2 million guns owned by law enforcement.. now break that down into law enforcement that work in non gun friendly states and you are only a small part of business for them.

Colorado's need to obtain standard mags from Magpul was more important then allowing Law Enforcement from oppressive states the luxury of cutting in line.
