Originally sentenced to death, got his sentenced changed to 60 years, and only does 29 years. That's our legal system for you.

I believe everyone should get a second chance. If he can do the crime AND do the time, then let him live the rest of his life. He was very young when he committed the crime. Hopefully, with age comes wisdom.

Gee, I guess the officer should get a second chance too. This individual did not do the Sentence imposed.

Hopefully, you will never have a family member or close friend murdered. I would bet your thought process might change.
May I always be the type of person my dog thinks I am

Or a tool box full of skills to do it again.

In another 31 years he will have done his time. We will discuss it then, when he gets his second chance and a fresh start.

Wow, people nowadays have no faith in humanity. I do know what I'm talking about. My cousin was stabbed 47 times by her husband and killed. Do I hate the bastard? Yes. Do I wish he was dead? Yes. If the court system and a jury of his peers came to the verdict and sentence that they did based on the evidence provided, who am I to judge? I believe society and humanity have a greater purpose than to sit here and hate. What if he truly changed? Who am I to judge? He's a dumb**** and he goes and commit the crime again, so be it. Strap him up and let him be a vegetable. Like I said, I believe in second chances. You're telling me none of you guys were young before? None of you have done something you never regretted doing? Didn't you all grow up and now have a mind that's sturdier and stronger? Who are you to judge the fate of this man? Our justice system is flawed but I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah I did stupid stuff when I was young but I never murdered a cop.

If you guys read the article, he didn't know he was a cop. He got in an altercation with him. The cop lost his gun and the kid grabbed it. Not like it was premeditated.

If the dumbass planned it like that psycho Holmes for Aurora, I'll be singing a different tune.

I think you speak of what you don't know too. Read the article. There's a difference between killing someone and plotting a murder.
