This sounds like a problem that even if you win, you lose. Find another place to live (close to where you work) and let your aunt deal with the crap-storm that comes with a registered sex-offender at her address.

@G1500: Just those required by Megan's Law, that he notify local police whenever he moves into a new area.

@Sparrow: No, not her boyfriend. I think my cousin has something for him though. And she was set on him living here because she felt sorry for him. There's a long involved story behind that, but basically she thinks she knows everything, but in reality doesn't. (I have more education than her when I graduated high school)

@BigDog: I did, nothing useful came of that. It's down to if she decides that he moves in, my G/F and I are out. Simple as that.
