Got multiple questions here.
In short, a convicted sexual offender used to live at my house, but he got arrested six months ago for failing to notify SJPD about his new location. He recently got out of jail and is going to try living here again, but I don't want him to (neither does my girlfriend).
He's deaf and "a little on the slow side", and I'm afraid as to what might happen if he tried to force the issue. Only self-defense stuff I have is my martial arts training, a few martial arts equipment (bokken and whatnot) and rifle with ammunition. (30-30 Win.)
Also, my G/F and I pay half the rent on the house, with my aunt and cousin paying the other half. If we wanted him not to come in, but they wanted to, what do I do? There's a Hula Dance School next door to our place that has children's classes, so he might not be able to legally live here if his parole has a restriction about that.
Also, if he were to live here because my aunt insists despite possible parole violation (I will check with SJPD tomorrow), can I get in trouble for this?
Thank you to any and all answers.
