I couldn't help but laugh a little bit. Not because a baby squirrel just got pepper sprayed, because of all the little girls crying for the cop to not do it.
Article said that there was a possibility it could have rabies and acting strangly. Did you see how that squirrel was charging him?! Better safe than sorry.

LOL!!! Seriously. Is pepper spray lethal to squirrels? No. If this officer gets any kind of discipline, his administration sucks. The administration should simply say, "It was a squirrel and I applaud my officer for not simply stepping on its head and throwing it in the garbage. Welcome to the real world middle schoolers. Sometimes squirrels get pepper sprayed. The damn thing is alive. Most of the time squirrels get stomped on, eaten by coyotes, or blown to hell by high powered rifles."
