        Fortunately/unfortunately (however you look at it) I've seen quite a few people use zip ties, wire hangers and double sided tape all get it signed off. I received a fix it about a year ago (in Anaheim) and it was $25 per vehicle code, not just $25 for everything.

          Well they shouldn't of signed them off but I guess not everybody is on the same page as you can see.

            coc ticket? Not sure what that is.

            I was 3rd car at a light on an offramp. He was splitting lanes and stopped behind me. I was actually sitting there for the better part if a minute before he got there.
