I take all I can when I can but I no longer have a life, being that we work 5 8's (graveyard).

8 sworn?!You guys with your 10's and 12's...
I wish I could have 4 10's... But having 5 8's we definitely are more forgiving with the OT.
But then again, we only have 8 sworn. And its usually only ONE person getting the OT.
Like right now. Once again I am working alone.

Still getting OT for now, mostly court and DMV hearings. average 8 to 20 hours a month. This month there's going to be a lot of it
ughhhh
OT ruins your days off, sometimes I wish I never had it.Internetz are serious business.

Except for court, the only OT I've seen in the last year is occasional OHV enforcement overtime paid for by by state grant money. Before that I spent a couple years working a resident post gig that had me responding to a lot of callouts and working INV's past my EOW. That 10-20 hr OT hit a PP has definitely hurt my wallet
