As I've said earlier, I'm not a fan of UOC. But I was asking questions to see if there was a way to massage the "law". But based on the opinions advice of these folks, I would agree that it is not a good idea. I didn't come here to ask questions just here people jabber, I wanted advice/opinions and have taken them all into consideration.
In fact, the reason why I particularly asked about UOC under a jacket is because I've seen and have worked in facilities w/ security guards who are LOC'ing, but wear security jackets and/or sport coats and that's why this question popped in my head. If they were allowed to CCW, why not just do so completely? Since they are working as security, they do that so that they can brandish a weapon if necessary?
Luckily I found a good deal on some security guard services and plan on using them for this particular event I had in mind. So this way, folks can have their own personal armed escorts.

The idea of UOC was so that they wouldn't bother to try to draw a gun on me as they "may" assume gun is loaded....deterrent. Plus if I was gonna try something, it would be faster pepper spray him and stab him in self-defence. But if I have women or children with me, I'd give them my underpants if I have to.
