Were they allowed to do this.

A little while back, I was at a friends for a social gathering. Local S.O. is walking up, as I walk out the door. We greet each, and he informes me that the neighbors complain about the noise. I say ok. He asks if we are having a party, I say no, just a get together of close friends. He asks if there are any girls, I respond that there a couple good looking women. He says he needs to come in. I tell him that it is not my house, and I cannot give him permission, but I will get the owner. He says he does not need permission, and he is coming in anyway. He then proceeds past me, making me either move out of the way, or risk coming into physical contact with him. He did a quick walk around, told the owner to keep it down, and left.

Was he justified in his actions.

In my humble opinion no he did not. The "are there any girls" comment was odd as well.

            Sure he was a cop?

Im guessing the call had something to do with girls being loud or screaming(whether or not it was for fun or fear was probably unknown), so I do believe he would have probable cause to enter and check to see if everything was squared away(check if the girls were ok, of age, ect)

If the call was "female screams coming from inside house", ya, he probably did not need to be invited in.

Too many variables to give a set answer on this situation. Anything else is pure speculation.

just from the facts as related by the OP, I could make a case for enough PC to make contact...but we'll never know based on the limited information given.

just at a guess, and that's all it is, the officer responded to a noise complaint of the sound of females screaming.
noise complaint - stated by officer
several people involved - confirmed by OP
females present - confirmed by OP, who adds that they are "good looking"

so the answer would be yes

Not looking for a lawsuit or anything like that. Would imagine there was no call for screaming, as we had the boat on the dock linked to the dj, and we were making quite a bit of music. Never any screaming, or anything like that. I was 34 at the time, and one of the younger people there. I was just curious if what he did was overstepping his authority. All in all was not a bad interaction, dude was very nice. was just curious.

Are good looking girls P.C. for a search?

no search, just seeking the owner...since you had already identified yourself as not having standing to deny his entry...he doesn't need your permission...it's not the same as True Blood

If there is a violation of the noise ordinance then an Officer can enter the premises to find the owner/person in charge of the property. The owner is the person who is cited for the violation.
