    DMV Form

Probably do not have them on line. The DL 310 is not for Public Use, kinda like a DS 367. Call the local DMV and ask em to send your department some. Or call the local CHP, most CHP officers carry several with em.

It would be hard to print DMV 310's on line anyway since they are a carbon copy type form. My department is currently out of them, been asking DMV but you know how that goes!

Awesome...Thanks guys! It was funny...I asked around and everyone looked at me like I was on crack! We don't have forms for that! Now that you mention it, we did have them in carbon copy at Sac...I think after awhile though, we ran out and just used copies.

LOL yup, I was going to say ask a Chippie....I carry a pad full!

I imagine you could also swing by the local DMV and ask.....

Hah!! Yeah broooo we had them in carbon copies. Dang, it hasn't been that long has it?!

I even go as far as addressing the envelope and all so the division secretary just has to stamp it or whatever she does.

The little details like which form, or which report writing system to use, are hazy....I do remember the good times and freinds I made in the brief time I worked there.

It was funny....I cut A LOT paper but they wouldn't train me in AFR....SO, I would have to do it in sher apps, then records would have to re-write it in AFR....yeah...A mess! That being said....GOOD TIMES!!!

Oh what I wouldn't give to have Sherapp back. Why spend ten minutes on a report when you can spend 45... At least they made AFR compatible with the new CAD, oh wait.

When I take a suspended CA DL, I staple it to a DMV 310 form - not sure if that's the same one or not...
I do believe that this is to cover licenses from different states.
Is having a paper temporary DL that states right on it that it is not identification, and has the same DL number as your hard copy DL, really
considered having more than one DL? Wouldn't want to go to court on that one.

I wouldn't mind....His D.L. card was expired...His I.D. card was valid, plus he has the paper temporary.....He has no need for all of them, and hes not supposed to anyways.
