Threat from Nieghbor

I did call his bluff, I did stop him from detonating anymore explosive devices in front of my home. [so far]
I also made the call to the P.D. while standing in my driveway, hoping that he would brandish a firearm at me. Instead when he came back out and saw me on the phone, he became real busy taking things from his living room [maybe guns,drugs,illegal fireworks/felony explosive devices] to his garage.

Anytime he is outside in front of his home, or in his garage with the door up, he is on camera and being filmed. Anything he does while in public in front of his home, I have recorded. Should he walk over in front of my home and do anything illegal or threatening, it will be recorded, I hope he enjoys being on camera, because that is where he is going to be for as long as he is my neighbor.

This statement is why you appear to be provoking an incident. If I responded to your house for an incident, I would look at both sides of the argument.
