Your school may have a 'human resources' person (probably the same person who hired you)...

You should contact them, they will have a 'bound book' which they record all harassment complaints in.

If you can address this early enough it will probably be no big deal.

Ewww, that is really disgusting. But I think the 1st thing she needs to do is tell him to stop. I can understand her first reaction when he called - to wish him a happy new year. We girls are conditioned to give a friendly response when a cold and stern one is called for. I had to learn that myself. Did she check on the Megans law website to make sure he's not a sex offender? Although I'm all for going to his boss, I do think he deserves a firm no first, and the chance to behave himself more like an adult.

If I remember my harassment training correctly the first step is to address the offending party, if the behavior continues then it should be raised to the next level. It seems to me that if the offending is not notified by the offended party there is no foul. Once the offender has been put on notice then further action can be taken of the behavior continues.
