Nobody who is stopped for suspicion of DUI ever had "only two beers".

The system is broken. Period.

Holding DUI offenders accountable isn't in the best interest of many, many stakeholders.. Very complicated issue.

Look at CA's ongoing lax drug laws.. Cannabis, now LSD/mushrooms, etc. The state is more interested in tax revenue.

This state isn't interested in holding anyone accountable, except in the 2A world.
