Yes but several post are talking about letters after AW ban. My post wasn’t necessarily directed at the OP.

Two posts mention the need for a letter, and neither of them mention anything after the fed AW/mag ban.

I guess it's just foolish to assume that people may answer the OP's question about the time period directly, without having to add in the date.

I was planning on getting a G19 to celebrate the newly acquired exempt status.....guess I will go with one of the single stack glocks. Less hassle down the road but still horrifying and evil for CA.

Yeah, no way I'm paying calguns marketplace price for a 19. No glock is worth what the off roster sellers are asking. LEO to LEO at a fair price, sure. CGN new in box off roster price, no way.
