    Glock Blue Label reviews

Anyone have experience with Glock Blue Label program?

2nd question, the program order form states Gen 4 and 5 models are not California compliant and are not approved for sale in California. LE still exempt?

Blue Label Program is both mail in (buy directly from Glock) or at the gun store. Gun price is the same.

Mail in can take several months and generally you are going to pay an out of state FFL transfer fee.
Direct at gun store, no wait and no out of state FFL transfer fee. They can order if for you too.

        CA LEO are exempt.

I have used the Blue Label Program twice. No problem at all. I was a LEO but not a peace officer.
So it was Gen 3 Glocks for me.

Are blue labels still able to be ordered with all this scarcity?

Not sure I understand that you were LEO but not Peace Officer but limited to Gen 3. Roster exemption isn't solely for CA based peace officers. FLEOs are also exempt.

The program itself is a pricing program available to most of public safety. Fire, EMS, retired LE, active/retired MIL, and even DA's get them, but they are limited to the rostered variants and 10-round mags if not exempt. Currently, all veterans get this pricing from 5/25/2020 - 11/11/2020 if they provide the appropriate credentials. Even Academy Recruits are eligible.

EMT’s, Fire Fighters, Volunteer Fire Fighters, and Paramedics (with Picture ID from department front & back)
Certifications alone are not authorized and do not qualify
Military personnel including Reservists and National Guard with I.D also includes retired Military with “retired” credentials
(Military picture ID front & back)
DD214/discharge papers do not qualify – If you cannot submit your ID please use our dealer locator to find a dealer in your area

(LE Department Picture ID front & back)
State Licensed Security Companies (Loomis, RAM, etc.) Also includes State Licensed Armed Security Officers Employed by State Licensed Security Companies (with Employment Picture ID from company front & back). Certifications alone are not authorized and do not qualify and must be fulltime armed guard. Private Investigators do not qualify.
                        Court Judges
LE Academy Cadets with enrollment documentation from the Academy
GSSF Coupon Recipients should contact GSSF for more information

There is a set pricing that we're not "supposed" to go over but I have seen certain vendors raise their prices. Pre-COVID, prices for a standard small bore Glock without special configuration was approximately $500 out the door with 3 mags (2 for sub compacts). Large bore and special configurations like sights or MOS models will cost more. The micro models will be less.

You are "supposed" to be limited to 2 per year, but I have never seen this enforced by Glock.

That being said, LC Action is Glock's golden FFL in CA. They hold the key and essentially send supply to all other CA based FFLs. Right now, it is very difficult for other FFL's to restock due to limited supply and likely that LC Action is selling what they have.

Pro Force is a blue label dealer. In my opinion theyre the best prices for a glock. Id also recommend Allstate in Pomona, not sure how theyre prices compare but you dont have to wait forever in line.

I qualified for Blue Label as a corrections officer. But not a Ca state employee. Not a sworn peace officer.

As in BOP? BOP CO's are covered under the "any federal law enforcement agency" of PC 32000.

If you're referring to a CO only position in an SO, you would've had a PC 832 course completed and you would've been covered as a sworn member of the SO.
