Outer vest carrier

Sounds to me that they are having a problem with the drag handle that comes with just about all vest carriers soft armor or plates.

Maybe showing them why they are there, so a soldier/officer can be pulled to safety when down/injured will Make a negative into a positive.

That's cool the TQ is mandatory. Ours is only optional.

Mandatory for us is gun, mags, cuffs, radio, and at least one less lethal option. Sounds cool and light, but they are quick to give us a D/C or roll up to another division/assignment if we carried the bare minimum and weren't prudent enough to carry more force options.

I could never have worked in P&P... its a job folks with common sense and hopefully a bit of persuasion need to fill though. Good luck
