can anyone tell me how floyd ended up from being cuffed and standing, to laying on the ground face down with a knee on his neck? i must have missed it.

There was a video on our local news that shows Mr. Floyd falling down. It didn't appear he was pushed from the angle we saw. He went down and then tried to get up and rolled/turned to get up and that's when you see the officers go towards the ground to subdue Mr. Floyd. The msm shows from that point.

Combative suspects are always cuffed and placed prone. This was always policy for us. I am a paramedic, but they were placed that way by the police.

So did you go back and watch the videos off the 'net or read the how they got to where they are now?

If someone who is prone is in distress, officers can start preliminary first aid, hopefully stabilize and place in a recovery position.

I have a question as to why, AFTER the "passive resistance" or "drunk and not in control of himself", noted in the 911 call, before officers arrived. Of Floyd falling on the ground, at rear driver side door.

Officers get him into rear driver side door.

Then officer Kueng moves to other side of vehicle, opens door, and pulls him out passenger side rear door onto ground?

That appears to be the trigger point where this incident. Turns into a crap storm with global consequences.

This is how we divide the country, for 20bucks fake bill and resisting arrest, some People are “ok” for the cop kill him, another don’t agree. Defund police won’t change nothing, the police system need be fix.
When police did some wrong, as taxpayers we have to pay. The police never hold accountable.

Guess what, if you don't lie, cheat, or steal and you take responsibility for your actions (including not taking drugs and following lawful orders from law enforcement officers) - the chances for something undesired happening as a result of contact with law enforcement officers is ALMOST ZERO!

Police departments paid millions of settlements every year. Where is that money coming from? And tell me when did criminals ever get way with anything? US has highest incarceration rate in the world.
