Also another important fact for those claiming CA cops are enforcing unconstitutional laws, remember we are only CA peace officers. Unless we get cross deputized, we do not have the authority to enforce federal laws. We enforce only CA code (penal, vehicle, WIC etc.)

This is a joke, right? All California peace officers swear an oath to support and defend the constitution of the United States. In fact, it's the first sentence of the oath. Furthermore, the oath requires peace officers to bear true faith and allegiance to that US constitution. It's not optional, and does not require any additional authority.
