RIP, sorry for your loss, I lost my Dad and best friend 2 years ago in a car accident. Time helps heal but they will live on in our fond memories forever. Every time I teach my 2 sons anything I think of him and what he taught me.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

            Your comments definitely have helped.

I would like to ask one more favor of you.

My parents were marred for 62 years, 52 of them in the same home.

My mother has never lived alone, but she wants to stay in their house.

She has her own heath problems and it worries me.

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as well.

I know what you are going through, I went through the same with my dad.

It's hard thing to deal with.

                You take care!

OP, deepest sympathies and condolences! Thanks to your dad for his service and your family for supporting him! My dad passed away in 91 so I also know what it feels like. Hang in there and focus on and spend quality time with the family and friends that are still around...
