I go to Minden a couple times a year. There is an awesome Mexican joint a block away from the Carson Valley Inn, across the street. It’s a stand alone place with its own parking lot. I can’t remember the name right now, but I will and I will repost it. Aside from that, you MUST visit the Douglas County Shooting Range. $5 all day, call your own breaks. Awesome facility.
