The only thing that is worse than an idiot, is someone who argues with one.

All the ex-cops I have met in Eagle are conservative. All the ex-Californians I have met are conservative. We are like Cubans who have fled the Castro regime. Never again.

I just got my election worker assignments for our FL primary next month. It only pays $250 for a 13 hour day but being an photo ID checker reminds me of how things should be and aren't in CA. I'm also going to start working as a substitute teacher in the county jr and sr high schools next month and pay is about the same but shorter hours. I'm hoping I can influence the teenagers with some real life lessons beyond math and science.

I can't get past Idaho rounding up and arresting Christians. That said, the place does have some positives, but not T-Valley. Magic Valley is windy as hell.

I saw 0 degrees on my 4Runner temperature gauge for the first time ever. I also shoveled my first driveway this year. It really is no big deal. I would do it barefooted in my underwear rather than live in Kali. The weather is a non-issue for me. I actually like it.

I'll trade freedom for weather any day.

Freedom lover - what do you mean by locking up Christians? There are millions of Christian churches here. Literally everyone on my street is Christian (including myself) with the exception of one family.

They arrested Christians for praying in the parking lot of their church because of the china flu.

Parking and crowds usually keep me away nowadays.

Wasn't that Moscow? I heard it's the Berkeley of Idaho.

That's my plan, once my final commitment here is done. I despise this marxist/communist sh*thole state with every fiber of my being. Everything about this state makes me feel physically ill and angry. The wife, for reasons I can't comprehend, does not want to move. She hates the politics, policies, prices and taxes too, but is resistant to wanting to leave. Hopefully, when the time comes, she changes her mind. I will not live out my days here. Full stop.

I dunno about Idaho. I think I would go crazy with all the white people up there.

This may be part of why my wife is resistant to moving. She has bad Raynaud's, as well as asthma, and the cold kills her. I'd have to be in a more southern portion of the state to avoid super-low temps.

Just remember something like 3k people die each year from shoveling/ snowblowers and something like 15k people die from slipping on ice. As you get older it should be a bigger concern. Going from CA to any cold weather real snow area should make you slightly more cautious.

My family lost an uncle who moved back to Minnesota after being gone his whole adult life, his second winter he slipped and fell walking out to shovel snow, he ended up dying in the hospital a week or so later. Turns out this happens a lot.
None of my posts are serious or real, nothing I post is legal advice.
