It just brings liberals and crowds.
Without the tech sector driving the Idaho economy, what do you propose instead? No tech = no schools, outdated hospitals, and of course - no guns

I thought Preston High School turned out outstanding citizens without tech in the state.

Oh, I don't know about "no guns." There were guns long before the "tech sector" as it presently exist. On the other hand, CNC machining centers helped make the AR one of if not the most popular firearm of all time. You should have added that without the tech sector we would not be able to have these discussions and share our views and knowledge.

You've got me on the Ukraine vote.
When you're talking about trillion dollar bills, you have to look beyond what it does FOR Idaho, you have to look at what it does TO the USA. Any benefit for your state gets crushed by the inflation it helps create, which can last for decades.

Expand that thought to what it does TO Idaho. By accepting these dollars, we have given up state autonomy by being subject to the rules and conditions set forth by the Feds when the state accepted this money along with ARPA funds. Things like masking, vax, boys/men who claim to be women in womens restrooms and private areas like locker rooms, etc. But hey, step up and grab that cash as fast as you can like an armored truck got in a wreck on the freeway......you know it's wrong, but the temptation to do "what's best for my constituency" keeps the same career politicians in office.
