Ever since that revelation by Rep. Matt Gaetz in the summer last year, it was obvious the ATF had placed their crosshair on pistol braces. They were just waiting for the right guy in the White House to set their plan in motion. Since November, my Form 1 pace has more than doubled. The false promise that mandatory registration of pistols as SBRs would be free sort of put a bit of a pause, but that was to make the issue more palatable under the Trump administration. Now with Biden in WH, they don't have to anymore.

I'm resubmitting my form1 for my 10.5" .223 AR pistol and adding a 10.5" 7.62x39 on top of that. As much as the eForms suck, the average wait time for paper is 300 days. I can get rejected multiple times and still beat that.The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.Comment
