When you're not exercising, look into nutrition and learning more about what you're going into. Study your creeds (Your branch's songs and MOS things you say). Like the Soldier's Creed or the Infantryman's Creed for the Army ; or the Rifleman's Creed for the USMC. You will be reiterating that quite a bit in training and probably singled out to do it.
