    well here it is guys the new uniform pattern.

    The Army is replacing its Universal Camouflage Pattern with Scorpion, a pattern similar to MultiCam developed around 2002.

          ACU is the uniform design not the pattern. UCP is the pattern. even though in the article it says that is may decide to replace the UCP. so far every article i have read in the Army Times says UCP is not an option.

                      man, this means we'll probably be copying yours, changing it slightly, and making me buy full ABU's again in a couple years :lol:

                          It was bad enough deploying with the new ACU outfit with a Woodland field jacket and desert armor. I looked like a third world nation!

                                              I have a BDU gortex, DCU ruck and camelback, and UCP ACU's! What's next?!?! When we go to the field I'm like a walking soup sandwich! fml

                                                  The ACU/UCP pattern looked like some damned Legoland Security uniform, designed to hide a person in the blocks or something. Multicam is cool but me personally, I like the ATACS pattern better.
