meps was a good time. I think. can't remember if was a while ago (2005).
Is that crusty *** old black doctor still there? He's hilarious as ****. Made the whole medical inspection funny as hell.

Anyway, good luck with your journey man. Best words of advice I can give you, don't be a skater, don't volunteer for **** while in bootcamp/training, volunteer for eevrything once u hit the real fleet/army. Just do what they tell you and you get promoted fast. Oh, and record everything u ever do in a logbook, that way if they try to give you a ****ty counseling saying u dont work, u throw the book at their face and tell them to eat ****, you did more work than everyone else.

no black doctors. 1 black chick (she did my 2nd check), 1 middle eastern dude, and 1 grinch looking old white guy (my guy). All were pretty much a pain to work with.

BTW the commanding Officer at the L.A MEPS is my former company commander. He is the epitome of cool, calm, and collected.

I had the super old guy. He tried to yank my nuts off. Asked if there was any pain. There wasn't... until he tried to castrate me. I hope the Army isn't like being at MEPs 24/7... if it is, what have I gotten myself into lol.

You guys got Mr Burns! When I went we had a line of guys, but no girls and Mr. Burns was going was too slow so I actually got the female doctor who checks the girls. I'll never forget the day I went, it was the day before Valentines Day and in the waiting room they had the news on and they were showing off Valentines lingerie on the news and needless to say we were kinda loud, until someone got offended and they turned it off, so we started booing
