    Two fallen Marines

Bomb claims lives of 2 O.C. Marines
    http://www.ocregister.com/news/centanni-240981-afghanistan-linda.html
YORBA LINDA – One of the Marines was a 19-year-old kid who could barely wait to graduate from Esperanza High School to join the military and eventually become a cop – just like his father. The other was a seven-year active-duty…

I've never met either, but I have close links to both through friends, work, and The Marine Corps fraternity. Rest in Peace Marines!

There was a brief news radio piece on Sgt. Major Robert J. Cottle, one of the two fallen marines from Yorba Linda today.

Both of these fine Marines are from my battalion. Sgt. Major Cottle is our BN Sgt. Major. Please keep their families and friends in your thoughts and prayers. I will post any info regarding memorial services as I get them.
