    who makes the longest sleep system. I'm a tall guy and at 6'5'' the army sleep system is just a tad too small. anyone?

      +1 on the Regulator, used one through predeployment and all throughout Iraq. You can cinch one up to about the size of a large nalgene water bottles. They come in a "long size" as well. Like Dezertpilot said... pay once, cry once.

          I used a Snugpak and a DPM Goretex Bivvy bag, over the British Sleeping system. The Bivvy bag alone was was fine for summer nights and doubled up as a sweet flotation/river crossing aid.
