As to the changes in Ca original DROS statute in 1991. That forced all sales of firearms to be done by FFLs. Jm2c, but I doubt it at this time. We already have about half a dozen cases currently being litigated.

Hopefully after we win those, there will be more time, money, and manpower to jerk even more "JENGA" blocks out of the anti 2A pile the leftists stacked up over the last half century.
