Uh-oh. I don't know how you prove what somebody was aiming at, but the FBI doesn't investigate something without filing charges. I suspect there is fairly clear surveillance video from the drone(s) that were over head, but clear enough to identify individuals?

Seems like LV Metro is where the "woman and children" comment from Reid came from.

Isn't that sort of a blanket dismissal of anyone who was there (especially with a firearm), or are you just referring to the people who may have committed a federal crime in front of witnesses?

The BLM escalated things and the need for people to have guns to protest. They were roughing up protestors then the militia people came to defend them. Then the BLM points guns at them while they peacefuly protest which is illegal. It is perfectly legal to defend oneself from unlawful actions of the BLM and the sherifs. We should also remeber the FBI's long history of planting people to try to target a group and justify it legaly (aka entrapment). This happened with Marten Luther King and so many other times. The government here is the agressor. To defend one self by pointing your gun back at them after they point theirs at you and threaten to shoot is legal self defense.

I doubt there was a predator overhead because it is civilian airspace and there are very limited areas in which they can fly. Not saying FBI didn't force some commercial reroute so they could fly there and if they had a Predator overhead, the quality of the photos are plenty good to identify individuals..

With the preparation they did to conduct the raid I would guess they had some type of eyes in the sky even if it wasn't predator there are plenty of other options.

Yup, no doubt there were plenty of plains clothes in the crowd, taking pics and who will be able to I.D. violators. Also, they'll likely use news footage.
