After viewing the video, it does not appear that the panel will address the question of whether or not Congress has the authority to enact school zone firearm prohibitions. They seemed focused on mens rea and whether Montana's carry laws exempted or could exempt all non prohibited Montanans from the federal school zone firearm prohibitions.

Unfortunately, if someday the FGFZ is stricken, some states have their own school gun free zones. It's going to have to be dealt with at SCOTUS level.
It'll be long after I'm gone, but I hope for future generations.
