FL: GOA federal lawsuit vs FL Open Carry ban

I don’t think I’ve seen a thread on this yet. GOA is challenging FL’s OC ban in federal court. Interesting thing is that the FL state AG has NOT intervened to defend the state law. Hmmm.

They have permitless concealed carry. They need to pass permitless open carry to be true constitutional carry.
