Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson testifies: "I do not hold a position on whether individuals possess natural rights."

She does not belong on the supreme court.
American's natural rights are enumerated, constitutionally, in the Bill of Rights

Oh? And here I thought we were "endowed by our creator" with certain inalienable rights! On top of which, only some of them are enumerated.

        THIS^^^^ about 1 million times.

DONE. PERIOD. END OF STORY. This POS has no business living in America let alone serving as a Supreme Court Justice.

Yet we now have a full-on, Marxist Communist Anti-American on the US Supreme Court.

Sinema is weird. She's a radical no doubt, but she's also getting targeted HARD by Dems. Frankly, as much as I'd like to use my accumulated clout from calling Manchin the traitor he was before the stuff came out about him ready to end the filibuster and negotiating with billionaires...

Sinema is worth pushing on simply because I don't know anything at this point that says it's a stupid idea.
Any of these female 'new guard' so called 'politicians' that come down the pike with the AOC getup does not have my vote... man, here is SO CA, about like 1-2 years ago when AOC was hot off the press, every little Latina walking around the university I live by had that tomato red lipstick on thick with the wide small wire glasses... they have since calmed that down lately..

That's not really what bothers me... what really bothers me is this woman will have the balls to sit there and tell us White men that we are evil as they jet around and receive a nice salary and etc... while we, in blood-sweat-tears, generate the mechanisms of her very existence..

What has bothered me about the Jackson appointment is now being labeled, by some in the GOP, as creating a "Justice-in-Waiting" position on the Court...

McConnell slams president behind ‘court-packing' panel for completing Jackson appointment before Breyer leaves

Put another way, it's potentially a 'work-around' to having your Party's pick delayed until after an election. Once again, the Democrats are verging on creating something that could bite them in the posterior; the 'gamble' being that it could also work over the GOP side, brutally, if the cards fall right.
