Our company has an Executive VP of "Diversity and Inclusion" she has zero clue what our company does and her past experience were pre-school teacher. Now she gets to jet around the world and do nothing.

That's not really what bothers me... what really bothers me is this woman will have the balls to sit there and tell us White men that we are evil as they jet around and receive a nice salary and etc... while we, in blood-sweat-tears, generate the mechanisms of her very existence..

Put another way, it's potentially a 'work-around' to having your Party's pick delayed until after an election. Once again, the Democrats are verging on creating something that could bite them in the posterior; the 'gamble' being that it could also work over the GOP side, brutally, if the cards fall right.
