What I particularly liked was at the top of p. 3:

The citizen interest in self-defense, supported and protected by the Second Amendment, is called into serious question by such blanket refusals to permit carrying firearms in self-defense outside the home or to allow non-resident visitors to carry concealed weapons. Because some States refuse to give the Second Amendment its full import, Congress should enact concealed-carry reciprocity legislation, to help implement and enforce the constitutional right to self-defense for millions of law-abiding Americans across the country.
Note how that is a distinct issue from the non-resident visitors after the "or."

That was a rather Refreshing read...

Further, strong evidence indicates that concealed-carry permit holders
    actually deter and reduce crime.

    (Emphasis mine)

I would Love to see the look on Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and
Democrat House leader Nancy Pelosi when reading this fact filled,
    Truthful Document.

Democrats are allergic to Facts or the Truth.

Concealed Carry Reciprocity might very well end badly.
It will basically force a standardized and bastardized training requirement for CCW. Giving government charge over training is going to be an inefficient right destroying boondoggle.
Remember there are many free states that respect individual rights and codified them in their respective Constitutions. Just because we are beyond reproach in California does not mean we should spread our diseases to free people who did a better job protecting their rights.
