Regardless of what anti-gun measures she wants to enact, they pale in comparison to the impact she would have on the Supreme Court if she is elected. Our next president will likely fill two to four slots on the Court. Throw in appointments to all the federal circuit courts of appeals in the country, and she would have the power to shape gun rights for a generation. This election really is do or die time for gun rights in America.

First of all, I don't trust Hillary. I think she's lying through her teeth about that.

Second, I'm not sure what she means by "would not attempt to overturn the Supreme Court’s ruling on Second Amendment rights." She can't just walk into the Supreme Court and ask that they overturn a precedent. What she CAN do is "urg[e] Congress to enact tighter gun-control measures," which may very well end up before the Supreme Court, but, with the anticipated replacement of Scalia, she is likely to get whatever she wants.

This is Clinton-speak. The prez can't overturn a SCOTUS ruling, she knows that, so yes she wouldn't attempt to overturn it.
But, I'm sure the judges she appoints would be in line with someone like a Judge Henderson from the DC Circuit, who's shown utter contempt through all her rulings which reject any meaningful 2A.
