    10-day waiting period update?

    Last time I heard back in November, Judge Ishii struck down Kamala Harris' attempt to delay the ruling in August ending the stupid and unconstitutional 10 day cooling off period. Any updates on when this will actually happen?
    If the US 1st amendment were treated like the 2nd amendment by US politicians, we will need a license to speak in public, need a background check to buy a book, and can only buy one every 30 days. They say the pen is mightier than the sword, yet the sword is the most regulated part of the constitution.
