Is there an updated version of this - it is from 2011 and I do not think all of the Colt AR 15's are prohibited now. - some yes but not all.

Law on this has not been amended - specifically, PC 30510 still reads

30510.

As used in this chapter and in Sections 16780, 17000, and 27555, “assault weapon” means the following designated semiautomatic firearms:

...

(5) Colt AR-15 series.

But it's the markings on the receiver that control. Something other than "Colt AR-15" is very likely not included in this specific part of the prohibitions.
