Selling large capacity magazines to a FFL w/ large cap permit?

Can I as a private person sell or offer to sell a large capacity magazine to a CA FFL in possession of a large capacity magazine permit? If so, which part of the penal code specifically authorizes this?

Yes, penal codes take away your rights, they don't give rights. There isn't one that forbids selling a highcap to a licensed individual

Agreed that the PC doesn't give rights. Although in this case the penal code has already taken away my right to sell any large capacity magazine (PC 32310). However, I believe PC 32410 specifically exempts the sale of a large capacity magazines to a CA licensed FFL/dealer with a large capacity magazine permit who satisfies all of the following criteria:

      (a) Has a valid federal firearms license.
      (b) Has any regulatory or business license, or licenses, required by local government.
      (c) Has a valid seller’s permit issued by the State Board of Equalization.
      (d) Has a certificate of eligibility issued by the Department of Justice pursuant to Section 26710.
      (e) Has a license issued in the format prescribed by subdivision (c) of Section 26705.
      (f) Is among those recorded in the centralized list specified in Section 26715.

        Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
