CFARS denied

Just got a message that the DOJ denied my AW registration because the serial numbers didn't match the numbers on the recievers. Which doesn't make sense because I double checked this and used the same numbers from my transfer papers.

Of course got the message on a Friday at 17:20. And CFARS is down. Do I have any recourse against this seemingly arbitrary denial?

I hate the DOJ.

Make sure everything you have is compliant. DOJ will pay an in house visit. You don’t want to end up like the guy in Bakersfield

Sometimes SN is part of the Serial #....sometimes its not.

Not sure what you mean....I can log on and see my CRIS transaction history if I needed to correct and resubmit anything.

I'm guessing if I put the SN in there first it would not be part of the serial number...but because I didn't it now is.

Which means the TITLE of this thread is incorrect.

You were not denied. Your registration was marked incomplete and needs to be adjusted.

And not understands the difference between the 2 statuses might explain why there were errors.

Yeah, I can get in now, but updating and pulling up the forms is timing out.

I'm guessing I'm not the only one who got an email just now.
