Is the cost of registration $19 per submission, or account? So can i submit one and then come back later when i have time. Or will i get charged each time i submit.

If you don't submit and just keep them in your "cart" and then submit them all at once, you will only pay once. Each time you submit = $$.

A 90s gun that was not registered could have been converted to be compliant with the 2000 law without being registered and thus still eligible for 2018 registration. The owner will be only one to know this.

A quick question when I purchased my AR 15 in 2014 was it not registered through the DOJ as a AR or just as a firearm?

Negative. The firearm must have been obtained between 2001 and 2016 to be eligible for AW registration.

I think I may go featureless with the way the lawmakers are you could register your AW then they decide to outlaw AW's they will know where to come pick them up.

the pistol grip and detachable mag make it an AW. How do you de-feature a pistol grip
Shark fin for pistol grip, detachable mag doesn't make it AW. You can have detachable mag as far as you don't have any "evil features"
