AR Pistol Options

My issuing agency wont even put regular SSE pistols on a CCW let alone an AR pistol. They are totally impractical (for me) in terms of HD weapons.

Mine (10.5" 5.56 and 8" 300blk) exist for two reasons:
1) As a middle finger to the $#|+heads in Sacramento that wont allow us to have anything fun (SBR, Suppressors, etc).
2) To have a base for future legal NFA SBRs for when I move out (retire) of this $#|+hole in 10 years.

I'm not sure how we can do a legal transfer of such. I guess I could sell the "parts" and then sell a stripped lower but you'd never be able to make an AR pistol from it legally in this state to the best of my knowledge. It's a registered pistol, not an 80%er.
