Sheepdawg.. go look at their tax form 990 that is listed in this forum.

in 2016 they had $600,000 in salaries with $780,000 collected. You call that good use of money collected?

You are way off on FPC. < garbage

I'm not a big fan of FPC necessarily but there's a different issue you touch on.

What would be a good use of that money? That form shows that Brandon took in $135K - the rest of the salaries are for people doing things. I don't know how big they are but presumably that goes to cover the office, campaigns, legal etc. You want them spending that money on people. You want this to be enough of a business that someone like Brandon can quit his day job and go full time to advocate for 2A rights. That should be a good thing, not a "he's taking my money" thing. Focus on what they do and what they accomplish. FPC is far from the NRA level of money and corruption.

Filing and winning said lawsuit is different. Also AW ban still in place regardless of what FPC does or does not do. CRPA as well AW ban still in place.

FPC files lots of lawsuits yet here we are with the crappy laws in place.

Thank your neighbor and fellow gun owners for passing Prop 63. For that gun control is a winning legislative agenda.

Good thing you’re not in business for yourself. First of all a “for no profit” org, doesn’t make money. Employees are their lawyers and executives that run it. FPC is a litigation team. (That’s how you get laws overturned). They then have $180,00 for office supplies and filing fees. Lawyers aren’t free you know.

                  Lololololo...

                  "Non- profit doesnt make money"

                  Uh....

So the " salaries and expenses" come from thin air? They base their salaries on how much money they get in. Spend all the money so there is non"profit". This is an old old tax scam. Are you new to the tax world? Why do you think there are websites dedicated to telling you how good a grade a non profit gets on how much money actually goes to helping besides " administrative costs".

                  FPC is a garbage scam.

As a business owner i know plenty. Sure people get paid and so do expenses but FPC does in fact have the court filings to show they actually do go after the government for gun laws.

FPC is garbage to you perhaps but then if thats the case, If Miller gives us a freedom week next month, You should be sending them a thank you letter and donation for being able to convert your AR into Free America configuration.

Whats your feeling on the bankruptcy with the NRA and the scams Wayne has perpetrated on its members?

You're assuming that I do not know that for a law to get overturned it requires a court case to do so. I believe you are sorely mistaken on that point. I don't have to post that to understand that point.

Yes I'm very aware it takes a very long time for cases to reach SCOTUS let alone be accepted by them. The same with dealing with the 9th.

They do what any pro 2A group does file lawsuits to show they are doing something.

Yes the deck is stacked against us. A bit better with Trump adding a few justices to the 9th. It's not so lopsided as it was before. Not a shoe in win at the 9th. We'll see next month what happens.

I hope with the BK that the NRA comes back stronger and cleans house and gets back to business of pissing in the cherrios of politicians across the country.

I agree give the 2A orgs a chance. I tell people to join a pro 2A org of their choice.

I'm looking forward to what St. Benetiz gives us next month. Should be interesting. I don't think it will be a ruling will be given the same day. It could happen.
