They are going to go after the ammo. They already are with registration. Like Chris Rock said you don't need to ban the guns just the ammo. There is still a long fight ahead to preserve our freedom

IMHO, if/when the Handgun Roster List is overturned, it would surpass the Benitez Mag ruling for me.

In order to get pistols (usefully) back on the menu: CA AWB, CA dimensional requirements, CA SBR, CA pistol-rifle-pistol conversion, CA in-state transfer, CA DROS, CA CCW, and NFA /SBR would all have to be made back in-line with the rest of the Free States.

Something as docile as a Ruger Mark IV 10/22 needs three separate legal codes torn down. Three separate lawsuits and appeals processes equal to this one. Their goal is to have gun owners die off (*of old age) before they see freedom.

That said........... I was pretty damn happy about this, as brief as this bit of sunshine was. Cheers and congrats. Let's carry this momentum and get the rest.

I've been around sinceOLLs, attended build parties and participated in the MMM. While OLLs initially had WAY more drama, I think the MMM is more important: Cali law was ruled unconstitutional, we were able to transact just like most of the country, while OLLs effectively a work around -- we still can't buy/sell Named rifles
