If anyone ordered from Big Tex and is awaiting tracking updates from orders placed over the weekend, It looks like USPS just updated their system. As stated in the email I got from them, most all of the orders should have shipped by Tuesday.

now that most of us will hopefully get at least SOME mags, it's all goes back to ammo now... for me at least. you know that eventually, maybe really really soon, they're gonna try to regulate how much we can buy. that to me is a million times worse than a mag ban. waaaaaaay worse!

I agree. Seems like most folks think the handgun roster ought to be what's next on the chopping block though. But I don't see that nearly as damaging as restrictions against ammo purchases. Sure I'd love to have a Gen 5 Glock that doesn't cost $1250, but none of the mags or guns are worth anything without ammo to shoot

I think the next stage of this fiasco is to realize that panic buying is about to set in.

Firstly, all signs point to worst case scenario that the court will include a grace period even if a stay is granted. If no stay is granted, then the process back to the 9th could take weeks or months. If that's the case, we have that time as a grace period.

Ever after anything is appealed and a decision is reached, the State will have to include language to appease the interim time and shield those who purchased and received.

So the new idea is this: don't overpay and max out the credit card. Don't give in to price gougers.

We will know in short order if there even will be a stay, which I seriously doubt.
