Limit politicians to two terms. One in office and one in jail.
Beware of people who are certain they are right. That certainty allows them to justify almost any act in pursuit of their goals. ( Jack campbell , Guardian)Comment

I just read all 86 pages of the report. A great read. And that last part is obvious, the whole law is unconstitutional, so any dealers not selling to CA are stupidI just keep refreshing http://michellawyers.com/duncan-v-becerra/ with fingers crossed hoping my packages arrive before another filing shows up confirming a stay. It's like a race to the finish line and I'm on the edge of my seat.
However, the Court does mention that regulation by background checks, serial numbers, or quantity limits are reasonable. That may not bode well in the future. 1 "hi cap mag" per month, anyone?March 29- April 5, 2019- The Million Mag March. Thank you, Judge Benitez and all the vendors

Hey Buds, nice of you to jump on in after telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. Buds, the Johnny come lately of gun shops. After informing me I didn't know the law, but they do and cancelling my order of $380ish your now in rarefied status with Cheaper Than Dirt being two retailers that will never see a dime of my money. Y'all have a nice day ya hear!

Oh yeah, can't agree more. They took multiple orders from me on Saturdayand then cancelled on Monday. I had to go back out and find other places. Them and Preppers dangled the opportunity and then backed out.
At least some others were upfront and said they were waiting to figure it out.
The best was HK Parts, didn't advertise it as far as I know, but took and shipped the order yesterday.Comment

Quantity limits and background checks would seem to go hand in hand. Not totally sure how Serial Numbers would work. But a background check for magazines seems stupid. Unless it was something like, show your FSC, and everything is fine.
