Me too, though I ordered Sunday night. I called their customer service and the guy confirmed they have a tremendous order load, but that my order (and presumably anything before) should ship Thurs-Friday at the latest.

My understanding is the indentation prevents them from being std capacity double stacks.

Yes. Midway has been my best experience so far. No word from my PSA orders from Friday night so last night at 1am I ordered from Midway and 5 hours later at 6am this morning I received shipping confirmation. Nice!!!!!
